DELIVER ON YOUR REQUIREMENTS

We believe finding the right person for your business requires a lot more than posting a job and sifting through endless CVs to find the right match. Some particularly hard to find skills don't even reside in the UK, and therefore a different approach is required.

We take time to understand the project, skills and personas required for each role, and their relative importance. We then shortlist and approach candidates directly from our collective networks of talent.

We employ candidates on fixed term contracts and sub-contract to you at rates below traditional consulting rates. We also help source accommodation for the duration of the contract, and this typically halves the expenses liability throughout the duration.

Whilst we can advise on what works best, we know every customer is different, and therefore we can adapt our service to fit with your specific requirements
